Customer's Fault Description
The remote has collapsed. Battery compartment cover missing and circuit board loose
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was totally disassembled with the mounting point for the PCB being broken.

The PCB was hot glued into place and the remote reassembled which restored full functionality. 

The missing battery cover cannot be replaced as spares are not available.

A Duracell battery will be supplied on return as the customers was low at 10Volts.
