Valor Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : remote turns on/off fireplace but heat and effect button not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This heater remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

When opened the entire PCB was found to have suffered corrosion from a battery leak.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
