Kitsound Chorus soundbar Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Soundbar is working fine but no buttons on remote control work at all. Sound bar is stuck in Bluetooth mode and my phone still plays music through it using BT so sound bar itself seems ok. Like I say, no buttons on remote control are working even with new battery. Hasn't been dropped as far as I know.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV soundbar remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to transmit on each button press as per normal operation.
The code for each button was found to be consistent and correct.
A CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted to eliminate the possibility of the customer battery being the issue. If the item still does not affect the soundbar then it is likely the receiver at fault.
