Customer's Fault Description
Remote seems completely dead. Have tried and checked new batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Yamaha remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have many non responsive buttons.
On opening there was signs of a battery leak (See image) and many of the button contacts were found to be worn. Replacement conductive pads were glued under the buttons which restored full functionality to all buttons.
