Customers Fault Description : New battery has been fitted but fire ignition isn’t functioning

This Gazco Studio fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
It is possible that the issue is the receiver itself and not the remote. A strong RF signal was present on each button press.
