Customer's Fault Description
One of the wires on the circuit board has come loose.iy was dropped on tk tiled flooring and became detached in to 3 pieces.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its fixing screw and the aerial wire was partially hanging out of the case.
The aerial was refitted inside the remote and the mounting screw replaced.
The aerial wire is not broken, it is only connected at one end which is normal.
When tested the remote was found to be functioning as normal. This item has been classed as no fault found.
