Remote constantly flashing won't connect to mover

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.

The remote was tested over a few hours at random intervals with no fault being replicated.

As the remote is transmitting it could be that the issue is with the receiver itself.  This remote will transmit and flash until its "locks" in with the receiver.
