Customers Fault Description : Initially dropped aromatic oil on unit. Haven’t used since - lost some parts too !

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This  Flambeau 335 Basket Fire  remote arrived safely and on inspection was totally dismantled with the button caps being missing.  Luckily, we had screw caps from a scrap remote.  The 4 buttons were replaced and then the replacement caps fitted.  FulL functionality was restored.
