Customer's Fault Description
Set button not working, can start fire and can shut down fire but can’t reduce flame . Tried to reprogram remote but Set button not responding
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to function on all buttons as per normal including the set button.
The remote was tested over a few hours at random intervals and no issue could be replicated.
The buttons on these remotes are in built to the PCB and can become temperamental, if it is a button issue that is intermittent a repair will not be possible as spare PCB assemblies are not available.
