Customers Fault Description : Set button not working, can start fire and can shut down fire but can’t reduce flame . Tried to reprogram remote but Set button not responding
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to function on all buttons as per normal including the set button.
The remote was tested over a few hours at random intervals and no issue could be replicated.
The buttons on these remotes are in built to the PCB and can become temperamental, if it is a button issue that is intermittent a repair will not be possible as spare PCB assemblies are not available.
