Customer's Fault Description
The cable is broken, exactly like in the example images. If you could replace the cable on both remotes that would be great.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two remote controls arrived safely from the Netherlands and on inspeciton both had badly damaged cables and one had a visible burn mark on one side of the case.
The first remote was fitted with a new replacement straight black cable (we cannot get the curly kind)
The second remote when opened was found to have a severe burn mark in the PCB (see images). Due to this a repair is not possible. The cable was cut from this remote to prevent plugin in. This second remote is beyond repair.
The payment on this page is for the repair to one remote control plus shipping.
