Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : All buttons are working, the remote is receiving power and the screen is working however the infrared light is not working. Engineers for my company think that there may be some damage to the circuit board.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This window remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal functionality. The remote was opened to check for defects but non could be found.
The code being transmitted as consistent with this model.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the customer is to try to pair the remote with the receiver on return.
