Customers Fault Description : Blank screen, no buttons working

This fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection the display weas found to be broken with the telltale black distortion on a large portion of the screen which is a sign of impact damage.
Unfortunately, these displays are not available as spares which makes a repair not possible.
As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
