Remote Fixer Repair Response
Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
The remote was tested over a couple of days with no issues being replicated. The remote did die once briefly when on the phone to the customer, this is thought to have been due to the terminals being slightly tarnished, these were etched clean, but this is not a chargeable issue.
