Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to have a low battery indicator meaning the voltage regulator in the handset was faulty.
The receiver was found to have suffered a battery leak which has damaged the PCB. Unfortunately, the receiver is not a repairable item due to the leak.
After talking to the customer, it was concluded to repair the remote control. The regulator was replaced which restored full functionality to the handset.
