These two remote controls arrived safely and on testing one was dead and the other was not transmitting a signal.

The dead remote had a intermittent battery cable, once replaced the remote would power up and then it was found that this remote also was not transmitting a signal.

Both had faulty transducers, once replaced full functionality was restored to both handsets.
