I was moving the caravan then suddenly it stopped .when pressing buttons it goes to red . Tried to pair again but same
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press with a strong RF signal being present (see image).
The remote was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
The customer is to check all connections on the receiver and motors as a lose connection may be the cause and the motion of the caravan making the connection intermittent.
