Customer's Fault Description
No buttons work. Batteries changed, but still not working. Tried to pair with our other remote using its grey button. But this just lit red and did not flash as suggested by online instructions. Anyway, I don't think pairing is the problem as the unit appears dead even with new batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent response. This was found to be due to cracked joints on the battery housing. The points were all re-flowed and then when retested was found to function as normal.
A set of Energizer CR2016 batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
