Customer's Fault Description
no response from either button. Battery replaced and still no response
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation. The remote was tested over a weekend at random intervals with no fault being replicated and the item would activate our test receiver each time.
After talking to the customer, it was decided to "service" the remote which includes replacing the Battey cable in case of an intermittent break and also replace the buttons (one of the buttons was very sensitive which could cause a future issue)
The missing case screw was replaced.
