Customer's Fault Description
Remote Control is not working. The Battery is new. Pressing the buttons should change the film that comes on the screen on the front of fire. nothing is happening when they are pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to one of the ternminals being mangled (see image). This usually happens when the battery is inserted upside down.
The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality. An Energizer battery will be supplied fitted on return.
