Customers Fault Description : Back light not working. Everything else all good.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

this remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have no backlight.  This was due to a SMD diode breaking away from the PCB, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
