Pureglow electric fire Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Pureglow

Model : electric fire

Customers Fault Description : On/off not working, heat selection works once fire is manually switched on.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have non responsive top buttons.

This was due to worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued in to place which restored full functionality.
