Customer's Fault Description
I changed the battery and the battery was saying it was low but it was a brand new battery. The connection to the battery became loose on the black wire. It randomly worked once but now I can’t turn off the fire. Something is wrong with the remote. I couldn’t adjust the flame when it did work that once but now it doesn’t work at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable and a faulty voltage regulator. Both were replaced which restored full funcoitnality.
