Customer's Fault Description
Despite 2x new batteries, no button appears to work. Its twin (s/n 306463)for a 2nd door, bought at the same time, works on both roller doors.
No obviously failed components nor suspicious battery connections.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
It is possible that the batteries used were at fault. A set of Energizer batteries will be sent fitted in the remote on return.
