Concern for comfort Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Concern for comfort

Customers Fault Description : For some time its been working intermittently on all the buttons but now seems to have given up completely. I recoated the buttons with conductive paint but that made no difference. Probably should have left it alone any way perhaps you could have a look for me.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Electric bed control unit arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to the positive wire being broken away from the terminal, this was resoldered and then all the conductive button pads replaced.

Full functionality was restored.
