Customer's Fault Description
No power to handset despite new batteries. Problem occurred after one particularly wet arrival at a campsite. Haven’t been able to switch it on since then.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not respond to its double power button press.

This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
