Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged screen.
A replacement screen was fitted which restored full functionality. The displays language not in English, it is not known if this is the customers set language or if the customer was randomly pressing buttons when the display was faulty and set the language to non UK, due to this we did not change any settings on the remote.
