No buttons working at all.

This TV HDD recorder remote controller arrived safely with a garage door remote.

The garage door remote was found to have a intermittent button.  This was rectified by using deoxit compound on its contacts, full functionality was restored. 

The Panasonic remote was found to be totally dead.  On opening there was a vast amount of liquid all over the PCB and button contacts.  The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and then replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons.  Full functionality was restored.
