Customer's Fault Description
The device works occasionally and I can get it to work outside of the case. But I can't keep it working. It seems that the battery connection and/or the placement of the remote and/or the buttons are failing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was found to function as normal on all button presses as per normal operation.
It is likely that Duracell batteries were used previously as Duracell batteries will not work reliably in these controllers.
A set of Energizer batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
