Audio Research Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Both Dead

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

These two remotes arrived safely and on testing both were confirmed to be dead.

On opening both had suffered the same fate whereby battery leaks had occurred. (see images).  This had caused print damage.  

The print was reworked on both but only one was managed to be restored to full functionality (the black remote).

The silver remote was found to still be dead.  A repair in this case was not possible.

The payment on this page is for the repair to the black remote. 

  

The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
