Customer's Fault Description
Remote control no longer effectively works with sensor to ignite or turn off gas fire (even with brand new batteries in remote and sensor unit)
Effectiveness of remote and sensor working together have become less and less over 12months (so not a sudden fault)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal and working with our test receiver.
The customer's receiver was found to not work on one of the channels, unfortunately the terminals show signs of a batter leak which makes a repair not possible in this case.
