Customer's Fault Description
A dropped the remote and the buttons are now not working. The screen and the display appear to have slipped?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to rattle when shook and the seam around the remotes case had many scuff marks from an attempted opening prior to arrival with us.
When opened three of the buttons were broken away from the PCB and the displays fixing pins were also broken.
The screen was hot glued into place and then the three buttons replaced. Full functionality was restored.
