Customer's Fault Description
All the lights are illuminated when buttons pressed on the controller, but the flame light dims quickly and doesnt come back on. The ON button doesn't always turn the fire on. Have changed the battery to no avail.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation with a strong RF signal being present and correct for this model.
The customer is to try to pair the remote using the arrow dial on the back of the remote. If this fails then it may be the receiver at fault.
