The bottom button which gives multiple backlight colours to the fireplace is not working, and the batteries when fitted are very hot and miss , thank you
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection both of the battery terminals were mangled.
The terminals were replaced and then the button contacts cleaned. Full functionality was restored.
