Blyss EL1406E Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote appears dead even with new batteries.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Blyss electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a faulty IR LED.  Once the LED was replaced full functionality was restored.
