As pef telephone call no light on remote control and not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on inspection a complete component test and cable test was carried out without any issues being found.  A stress test was then carried out on the cable and again no issue could be replicated.

We have been unable to fault this item.
