Customer's Fault Description
Circuit board is loose, battery connection dislocated. Buttons not creating any signal to hood.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was dead.  The PCB was loose inside the remote and the battery terminals were loose making a battery power connection not possible.

The PCB was hot glued into position then the terminals reworked, this restored full functionality (see image)
