RCS-01C Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : RCS-01C

Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working - fell off table onto carpet! Type RCS01C BFM technical confirmed obsolete and recommended asking you.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Celsi Essence electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found ot be intermittent.  This was due to a tiny crack in the print, once reworked full functionality was restored.

One of the terminal pairs was also replaced as it was slightly rusted.
