Remote stopped working - fell off table onto carpet! Type RCS01C BFM technical confirmed obsolete and recommended asking you.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Celsi Essence electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found ot be intermittent.  This was due to a tiny crack in the print, once reworked full functionality was restored.

One of the terminal pairs was also replaced as it was slightly rusted.
