Item appears dead, nothing showing in the window even with new battery fitted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a faulty battery cable caused by a battery leak.  Once the battery cable was replaced full functionality was restored.
