Customer's Fault Description
The remote won’t turn on the TV. I’ve used you a couple of times and I think it might be the same issue. I’ve tried changing the batteries, however the remote still doesn’t work. Thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as signal on all button presses but it was sending a garbled code. This was due to a faulty oscillator, once replaced full functionality was restored.
A clone remote will be supplied along with the repair at no extra charge as a backup.
