Customer's Fault Description
The two ignition buttons are not working. It takes multiple attempts and not always succeed (even with full charge battery) The + & - buttons work most of the time but can be temperamental. Is it best to replace all buttons as purchased 2013?
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas fire Verine Alpena remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.  All 4 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
