Customers Fault Description : The two ignition buttons are not working. It takes multiple attempts and not always succeed (even with full charge battery) The + & - buttons work most of the time but can be temperamental. Is it best to replace all buttons as purchased 2013?
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gas fire Verine Alpena remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response. All 4 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
