Musical Fidelity Pre Amp Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : does not communicate or control the amplifier

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting all the time without a button being pressed. 

This was due to the Mute button being collapsed and shorting out. Once the button was replaced full functionality was restored.
