Customers Fault Description : Remote not lighting the fire. When the engineer did the service and pointed his remote at the fire the gas lit so we know it's not the receiver
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal. This was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer. Once replaced full functionality was restored.
