Customers Fault Description : DROPPED UNIT AND SIDE ON/OFF SWITCH BROKE OFF - STILL HAVE THE BROKEN OFF PIECE - AND OBVIOUSLY NO LONGER TURNS ON

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the switch was detached from the remote.  This was refitted and full functionality was restored.
