Customer's Fault Description
Both controls have been tried with new batteries and contacts cleaned with isopropyl. lights currently only appear only when pressure is placed directly upon the battery housing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two remotes arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as normal on each button press.
The likeliest reason for the customers issue is if Duracell batteries were used, these remotes do not work well with Duracell batteries, it is recommended to use energizer cr2016 batteries in these remotes.
