Customer's Fault Description
Have replaced battery. Will not reset itself as per Manufacturers guidance. They say I have to buy a new one, but I hope you will be able to mend it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Extractor remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead.  This was due to the PCB moving inside the case due to a broken mounting pin.  The PCB was hot glued into position.  Then it was found that the top button was nonresponsive. This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print.  The print was reworked, and full functionality was restored.
