Customer's Fault Description
The RC does not activate when held. It used to show active when held at the sides but even though the display is shown the green light will not display no matter how you hold it. So the remote will dot work to start the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and unfortunately awas found to have suffered a battery leak. On these remotes with the buttons array being in built to the PCB once a leak has occurred a repair is not possible.
