Tulp / mertik maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote fell and now it does not connect wthe heating system

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Belgium and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a SMD device breaking away from the PCB, once replaced full functionality weas restored. 

Customer no longer needs the remote so has donated it without charge.
