Customer's Fault Description
It has stop working although the button lights are still on, one of my grand children try to use it as a swing, I took of the four retaining screw to check the wiring, but after trying to open the unit, I discovered the middle hidden screw and promptly reassembled it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was partially disassembled.
On opening one of the LEDs was found to have blown, The led was replaced and the rest of the remote tested as ok. The remote was then properly reassembled.
