Customer's Fault Description
Buttons have gradually stopped working and have been pushed so hard that non work now, I cannot get a replacement remote control anywhere.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have visible damage to the print from contamination and also a modification has been carried out to one of the buttons and the facia badly damaged.

Unfortunately, spare facias are not available and due to the damage in the print a repair is not possible.
