This Extractor fan remote control arrived and on inspection the back cover was missing.
Without the back cover a repair cannot be caried out as replacement cases are not available as spares.
The fault with the remote is that one of the terminals is breaking away from the PCB making a poor battery connection, this is repairable but again without the back cover a repair is pointless.
the customer is requested to try to locate the back cover and send it to us if possible.
